Whether parental leave, workation, personal time out, or the question of what life in Sweden actually feels like: Here you can not only visit Småland but also make it part of your everyday life for a while.
When vacation becomes a piece of everyday life
A week is often enough to fall in love with Småland. However, some plans require more time.
Those considering emigration, wanting to spend parental leave differently, or being able to work independently for a few weeks are not looking for a classic holiday program.
Then it’s about brewing coffee in the morning, doing groceries, getting to know the forest at your doorstep, repeatedly visiting the same lake, and discovering what Sweden feels like when it becomes everyday life for a while.
Our house is our own second home. That’s why a longer stay is different from an anonymous hotel or apartment stay.
